Easy Riding: 

McDowell Trail--Paved bike path from Campus Drive to Clarks Lane-winds through University of Pittsburgh at Bradford Campus (1.5 miles of rolling paved trail)  http://www.tunavalleytrail.com/McDowell.html  For a little more of a challenge, take a right on Clarks Lane, a left on Langmade Lane, a left on Crookerhouse Lane, and a left on West Corydon back to Clarks Lane--This Combined with the McDowell Trail makes about a 10 mile loop from town of easy riding.

Allegany State Park, NY--Red House Lake Paved Bike Loop + spur trails (approx 5 miles of easy, rolling, paved bike trail)  Explore the Camp Allegany area, Beehunter Area, and the Red House entrance to add a little more distance.  The trail can be accessed anywhere along the lake  The trail is highlighted in blue on this map: http://www.enchantedmountains.info/trails/allegany_state_park_trails_2005.pdf

Allegany River Valley Trail--Olean, NY  Flat, six-mile paved bike path along the Allegheny River and towns of Allegany and Olean, NY  http://www.oleanny.com/content/TrailMap.pdf
